Engineering

Performance is
in the detail.

Aerodynamics, composites, cooling and vehicle integration. Developed together around the demands of the circuit.

01 / AERODYNAMICS

Aero development.

CFD-led performance.

From complete vehicle airflow to splitters, wings and diffusers, every surface begins with a performance objective.

Downforce, drag and balance are assessed together. Geometry comparisons help us understand the interaction between components before physical parts are produced.

02 / COMPOSITES

Composite engineering.

Lightweight by design.

Carbon-fibre bodywork and components are developed with mass, stiffness and durability in mind.

CAD geometry, mould design, load paths and mounting details form one connected task. The design must support fit, finish and serviceability on the vehicle.

03 / COOLING

Thermal integration.

Airflow with a purpose.

Cooling flow forms part of the aerodynamic package. Inlets, ducts and exits must work with the external body surfaces.

We consider cooling requirements alongside aerodynamic load and drag, rather than treating each part as an isolated design.

04 / VEHICLE INTEGRATION

The complete package.

Designed to work together.

A component must fit the vehicle, carry its loads and remain practical to manufacture and maintain.

Packaging, mounting and access are considered throughout development. Physical evaluation provides the next opportunity to assess the complete vehicle.
