Our approach

From concept
to circuit.

A connected development process. Each stage informs the next, from the first performance target to physical parts and track evaluation.

01

Define & design

Targets / Packaging / CAD

Start with the complete vehicle.

Set the performance objectives, packaging constraints and competition requirements. Develop the geometry in CAD, with the interfaces between components considered from the start.

02

Simulate & refine

Airflow / Balance / Cooling

Understand the interaction.

Use CFD to compare geometry changes and examine airflow, aerodynamic forces and cooling paths. Record the numerical limits of each comparison before choosing what to carry forward.

03

Develop & manufacture

Tooling / Composites / Assembly

Turn geometry into components.

Develop tooling and composite parts around their intended loads and function. Consider material choice, stiffness, mounting, access and serviceability alongside mass and surface finish.

04

Test & learn

Evaluation / Feedback / Refinement

Close the development loop.

Track evaluation is the next measure of how the physical vehicle performs. Compare observations with the design objectives, then use the evidence to guide the next development cycle.

Every surface.
Every component.
One purpose.

A change at the front of a car can affect the floor, the rear wing and the cooling flow. We assess the package as an interacting system.

Simulation guides design decisions. Numerical evidence, manufacturing requirements and physical testing each have a distinct role in the development process.
